during 62nd Annual Conference of Association of Microbiologists of India held from
21-23 September, 2022 for poster presentation.

Served as guest faculty for both post graduation and graduation from 2013-2016(mid)in
Yuvaraja’s Science college, Mysore.

University of Mysore.

restriction sites.
Microbiology techniques: Endophyte isolation and DNA extraction from both fungal
and plant source, maintenance of fungal and bacterial culture, serial dilution, pure culture
